Because we live in a tiny Nob Hill condo, we had to be incredibly creative with our space.  It didn’t take me long to find the rocking chair of my dreams at Pottery Barn Kids (seriously – I had it bookmarked for weeks and months!).  And there was absolutely no way with such a big chair that we would get away with a full size crib in the space. We absolutely love this modern mini crib by Bloom (and so does Lucia – she falls asleep on her own in it!).  The double sliding door wardrobes from Ikea more than doubled our storage space – it was probably the most practical purchase we made.  Being short on time, all of the other details came together in a week or so and with my lovely friend Caitlin’s help, the stuffed animals and purple blanket were added to make it decidedly more “baby” – they were evicted from the crib once Lucia settled in. 🙂

PS: Hoping to get back to outfit posts soon… 😉  Happy Wednesday!
