Happy Monday! Many of you have asked me about losing my baby weight post-pregnancy, so here goes: I had a 2-mile daily commute (1-mile there and 1-mile back) for several months during which I was almost always feeling like I was running late (hurrying to get home to my baby, or hurrying to work because the baby had woken up later than usual that day)… I was essentially power-walking 2 miles a day while carrying a tote bag with pump supplies and my everyday purse. On weekends, we make sure to take a family outing: the baby in the stroller (it’s a surefire way to get to her to nap!) and the puppies on their leashes. I can’t really find time to get to the gym, so walking it is! It’s one of the amazing reasons why we moved across the Golden Gate Bridge to Tiburon – the walks are just spectacular. And everyone wins.
