Good morning and happy Friday! I spent the last week in an abundance of color to celebrate J.McLaughlin’s colorful Spring collection:

S U N D A Y. So much sunshine on Sunday! I spent the morning at the farmer’s market wearing marigold cropped trousers (which will work nicely for work too!), a classic white shirt and finished the look with a silk scarf tied at my neck. Nothing better than starting the week with a house full of fresh fruit and veggies.

M O N D A Y. But first, coffee! On Monday I wore my favorite neutrals: an ivory cashmere poncho layered over a light taupe sweater and the perfect ankle pant in check jacquard. It was the ideal way to start the workweek.

W E D N E S D A Y. Wednesday’s business meeting called for a pop of color: love the bright and cheerful bold berry color on this sweater and silk scarf, especially when paired with the crisp whites of the trouser and sweater jacket. PS: the meeting went well!!

T H U R S D A Y. On Thursday I hopped on the ferry commute to get to the city in my navy blue striped shirtdress and scarf. And the leather saddle crossbody bag? It was the perfect companion for the week – this rich caramel color goes with everything.

Thank you for following along and thank you J.McLaughlin for this lovely, color-filled week!
