Good morning and happy Monday!! After a pretty exhausting last few days, I’m excited to get back in our normal routine!
One new thing in my routine? An at-home workout on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The living room can double as a mini workout space. Who knew? Ha. I started the program before the end of the year, so technically it’s not a New Year’s Resolution. But it is a goal: finish this 12-week program and get bragging rights for doing so. Finally. 4 weeks in, 8 more to go!
