Temperatures drop and all I want to think about are cozy layers at home and a warm cup of coffee – it’s like clockwork! My favorite here is The Five Minute Journal – it makes daily journaling a lot less intimidating (and a lot more meaningful too). A commitment of only 5 minutes? Sure, I can do that! And just like that, my perspective and outlook for the day has changed. Between this and my evening meditation before bed using Headspace, I am a changed person! And loving it.
