Joy

There’s something so buoyant and joyful about a dress that swings and moves so beautifully when you walk. I don’t mind that it’s shapeless – it feels so casually elegant and effortless for that reason! Plus I can add a belt anytime. It’s a great find at $168 – one I’ll be wearing on repeat with cozy oversized sweaters and jackets for our mild Fall weather.

• love the dark florals on this dress – it’ll pair well with any number of cardigan, coats or blazers.
• this gorgeous silk blouse – not usually drawn to paisley prints but this one is done so well. A printed top is the easiest way to make your closet feel fresh and new again.
• this olive sweater skirt looks warm, easy to wear (why not with the blouse above?) and endlessly versatile for dressing up or down.

This week is flying by for me (maybe due to taking Monday off!) and there was a long to-do list waiting for me at my desk yesterday… Feeling extra productive though, and thinking we should all consider that brilliant 4-day workweek idea……
