Velvet

Three things:

1. I’ve been averaging at least a book a week (thanks to my no-phone at night habit which has been a real life-changer this year), and I’m so excited to start this one next.
2. Just ordered this blazer and can’t wait to wear it! And…surprise! Color! Burgundy still counts, right?
3. Had the best time joining M.M.LaFleur’s CEO and founder Sarah LaFleur, Tara Donaldson (executive editor of WWD) and Sally Holmes (Editor in Chief of Marie Claire) for a panel on the new power of self presentation yesterday. I wore my favorite cardigan, of course.
