Weekend

Good morning and happy Monday! Portland was SO much fun. We got together with family every night, went rafting (my first time – SO MUCH FUN!) and got to see 3 day old baby goats (Lucia’s favorite). Two major road trips with a toddler in a matter of weeks: it was a success!

Latest shopping finds:

• I got to try this gorgeous jacket on and loved it. It’s quilted on the inside which adds warmth but none of the bulk. Definitely an investment purchase.
• We used this infant car seat for Kellan until recently and was so happy with it (he’s a big boy – we had to move him on to the convertible car seat!). So much easier and lighter than the car seats we had for Lucia. It’s on sale which rarely happens!
• It feels wrong to look at knee-high boots in the middle of summer, but these are 60% off!
