Hoi An

   Hello from Hoi An, Vietnam!

This is my third time in ten years visiting this little town and I still love it. The old town walking streets are the best: no cars or scooters, ochre-hued walls patina’d to perfection, coffee shops, restaurants and shops in endless succession and a river lit by floating lanterns every single night. It may be overrun with tourists sometimes, but it’s still romantic and beautiful.
