Project Home: Dreaming & Scheming the Primary Bedroom

One of the first things I did when we embarked on this new build was to create a Canva presentation. The document has grown to over 100 pages, outlining details, selections and helping me visualize separate elements together. It also helped me share the vision with my family so we could debate options, and ultimately, gave visual guidance to our builder once we finalized things.

We didn’t play it safe in the Primary bedroom and now I’m wondering if my vision will work: a blue bed?! Trust the process and trust the vision, right?? I’ll be honest, I have second-guessed every decision along the way, including this one. Will it work? I’m really not sure.

The color seems a bit off to me, even though I took the exact image of the swatched bed from the website for my vision board. I’ll have to wait for more of the elements to come together to know for sure. Please chime in on IG if you have thoughts!
