Last of Designer Sale Season

One of my best sale finds this season: these Max Mara pants (also here and here) . A lot of the designer items in my closet have been collected over the years during sale seasons like this one – and the greater the discount, the better! By sticking with classic styles, cuts and colors (i.e. neutrals) they’re items that end up getting a lot of wear regardless of season and ever-changing trends. Here are a few more designer finds worth checking out:

• Classic ankle length trousers (like the pair I’m wearing above). They’re available in varying sale price here, here and here. The same style in black is also on sale here and here and I also ordered this one in dark camel but it is a thinner fabric.
• A wool & cashmere shawl. This luxe The Row version reminds me of the shorter H&M one I wore so often in my early blog days. It’s such a unique piece! Also a turtleneck version in dark camel by Chloe here.
• Classic pumps. I found these Manolo Blahniks for $297; these Jimmy Choos for $347; a higher heel black Manolo pump for $399.
